I forgot my password and requested a new one, but nothing arrived

It can take up to five minutes for the confirmation email to arrive. Also, check your email’s spam/junk folder to see if the password went there. If you still don’t see it:

 

  1. Click the “Log in” button.

  2. Enter your email address (be sure to check for typos).

  3. Click “Forgot my password.”

  4. Click “Submit.”

  5. You should receive an email within 5 minutes that contains a temporary password that you can reset.

  6. If you still don’t see it, create a new account.
