减少碳足迹
莱卡公司专注于在三个关键领域，减少我们生产基地的碳足迹：
- 节能：
自 2011 年起，LYCRA®（莱卡®）纤维生产基地已实施了 250 多项节能计划。截至 2019 年，两个基地的能效降低了 20% 以上，超过一半的基地改善了 10% 以上。
- 节水：
我们的每个基地均设定了各自的减少用水目标。自 2013 年以来，在新加坡大士基地和墨西哥蒙特雷基地，工厂运营用水量降低了 20% 以上。
- 减少垃圾：
2019 年，送去填埋的 LYCRA®（莱卡®）纤维废料垃圾不足产量的 1%，我们的目标是今后进一步减少。
Higg 设施环境模块（FEM）自我评估
所有的 6 个 LYCRA®（莱卡®）纤维生产基地都完成了 Higg 设施环境模块（FEM）自我评估，评估了每个设施的环境影响。这个评估系统建立了一个环境基线，这样每个工厂就可以在关键领域持续改进，包括：环境管理系统，能源使用与排放，水的使用，废水，以及废物和化学品管理。
Higg工厂社会和劳工评估模块
The Higg Facility Social & Labor Module (FSLM) provides insights into social progress and labor conditions at each site, including compensation, health and safety, and identifies areas for continuous improvement. Our Tuas, Singapore, and Maydown, Northern Ireland sites both had their self-assessments verified and scored in the top quartile. The LYCRA Company’s goal is to have sites representing 80% of LYCRA® fiber production verified on Higg FSLM by 2025.
