I didn't receive a confirmation email after creating an account

A welcome email is normally sent within five minutes of you submitting the registration form. If you didn’t receive it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your email’s junk/spam folder.

  2. If you still didn't receive an email, go back to LYCRA ONE™ and try again.

  3. Click the “Log in” button.

  4. Click the "I forgot my password" text.

  5. Enter your email address (be sure to check it for typos).

  6. Click “Reset password.”

  7. If you still don’t receive a confirmation email, you may have made a typo when you originally entered your email address. You will need to set up a new account with the correct password.
